Fantastic stay in a spacious loft room with a big super comfortable bed. The washing/drier machine in the unit was a bonus. Citadines Keqiao Shaoxing, is in a very vibey location with lots of eateries, shops and entertainment all around.

Great hotel, great room with kitchen and laundry, and definitely the best staff, they helped us a lot with all our problems getting around the city and treated us very well all the time. The breakfast is very complete. There are many restaurants and mini markets in the area. Totally recommended if you are in the city for business or tourism, it is a good place to feel comfortable and surrounded by good people.

The staff was very helpful and kind the hotel is so clean and big and new the room was completely excellent I had kitchen and washing machine and big refrigerator and location is perfect for me

Clean, modern, new, washing machine, 24-7 convenient stall and few other shops around downstairs, great choice of breakfast, great staff (Fish and Iris and a few male staff)

Suites are clean and big. Very good location; many restaurants and convenient stores right next to it. One big shopping mall is 20min away walking distance. Staff is very friendly.
